Chilli hot chocolate with no chilli!!! I ordered the chilli hot chocolate, tasted and thought it didn’t have a hint of chilli and had more of a spiced chai taste. Checked the ingredients and there’s no chilli, just cinnamon. I’m pretty sure this violates The Sale of Goods Act - description of goods not as they actually are!

Great products that are a bit pricy, but worth it if you value quality. Shipping to EU (Denmark) was a bit slow. It took about 10 days. Also the Danish delivery service delivered it to a shop where I had to go and pick it up. This is not really a problem, but there is no mention of that on the website and I think that there should be. I am still happy with the purchase and I am glad that there is no customs or VAT to be paid despite Brexit. Will probably buy again.

Have made many purchases from Whittard over the years both online and in store and always had excellent service. Staff in store on Oxford Street have always been exceptional and I have never had a problem ordering online. Teas and hot chocolates are high quality and have always arrived quickly. I have no plans to stop using Whittard of Chelsea anytime soon.

This review is only about in store experiences - over the past 3 or 4 years I've been continuously buying white hot chocolates from WoC and sometimes also the sleeping tea. Every single time their customer service in the shops (Bristol, Swindon outlet) was great. People working there always knew what I needed and when shopping for coffees for a gift they were amazing at giving advice. The gifted person loved their selection and became customer too. Due to lockdown I just placed an online order so let's hope the virtual customer service is just as great!

I ordered a £130 tea hamper. The tea pot was missing. No real apology from the company & not a great help in getting the missing item reposted. There were also two packets of biscuits missing from the order. Considering the price of their products you would think they’re orders would be perfect. Would not reorder from this site due to this.

Their tea is excellent. Their delivery service is also very good. I ordered on Friday (standard delivery) and received the order on Wednesday, earlier than expected. I would recommend.

Really good delivery service it said 3-5 working days I got mine in 2 days,I have orange loose tea for me and got duchess Earl grey for my brother in law and they taste really great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Outstanding service! My girlfriend lives in Chicago and not only do they offer international shipping at a really affordable rate, but it arrived within 2 days of ordering! Everything was packaged so nicely and I can’t say enough good things about this company! I will definitely be using again and again!

Ordered goods of £35 as they advertised 2 x tubs of biscuits, I put the code in when checking out but didn't receive the biscuits, complained to customer services who just said I should have put promo code in like I was an idiot! I replied to say I've done this but they not bothered to reply! Won't be ordering again and unsubribed!

Absolutely LOVE Whittard's loose leaf tea and hot chocolate. Amazing to learn about the different types of tea leaves and the right temperatures they should be brewed in.

I can't thank Imogen at Whittards of Chelsea enough for my recent order. Unfortunately my order of 6 Nova Glass mugs was thrown over the gate by the delivery driver! I contacted Imogen who kindly agreed to exchange them for me as they are for a gift. Just had an email to say they will be delivered tomorrow. Outstanding customer service! Thankyou

The tea Milky Oolong arrived quickly, and is delicious. On a par with T2's who I normally order. Their delivery cost was much higher so I decided to try Whittard. My disappointment is the size of the tin vs the quantity of tea. The amount of tea covers about an 1/8th of the tin. My fault I should have checked before ordering. Lesson learnt. T2 next time.

Poor customer service--the online forms will not accept my card for the second time--and the saved address section does not show the full address details. It does not matter whether I enter address or card details in manually or use the saved one it will not accept payment. It's the only website that will not accept the card--customer support were no help at all--they claimed they investigated it the last time but they did not tell me what was wrong or fix the problem?--I had to purchase my items on Amazon which was more expensive There's something wrong in their settings.

Absolutely Lovely! I received the Beautiful gift box of different flavoured coffees and I had the Vanilla one, it was lovely tasting coffee, the vanilla wasn't strong, it was just right, can't wait to taste the other coffees. So glad I saw this Company online, Thank you very much Whittard! You made a lady very happy! :)

Their tea and hot chocolate are my forever favourites, both are something you won't find in any other place. My orders always arrived in good condition and pretty fast. The price you pay is also for quality and the gorgeous packaging. I hope to see them ship to Europe again soon.

I recently purchased a Coffees of the World gift set as I wanted to try a range of coffees. It didn't disappoint, giving me a new appreciation for light roast coffees. However, one of them wasn't right. A quick email to customer services, and they sorted it. I'm very appreciative for Whittard's excellent service and I hope to continue to purchase amazing coffee from you in future!

Appalling customer service! Who in this day and age offers a next day delivery service between Monday and Thursday only. A hefty premium delivery charge for a poor service. Have been a customer instore for many years, will take my custom to T2 now!

I have ordered many, many times from Whittard - big orders, single items, sale items - and have always been very impressed. They deliver in a reasonable time, arrive well-packed (in recyclable packaging, which is a huge bonus) and quality of the products is always excellent. Although at the top-end price-wise, you do get what you pay for with Whittard. Most recently I ordered a lot of sale items from the end of the Christmas range. Although I was prepared for some "less-than-perfect" items (at 50-70% off), every item was in top condition and had a good time left on the best before dates (even though this doesn't really matter too much for tea and coffee anyway). Very impressed.
