just perfect, the best way to start the day

I am very pleased to be able to obtain the teas not readily available in local shops delivered swiftly and well packaged.

I decided to try Whittards online when I received a buy one, get one free offer online which was only available to 24 hours. The code did not work and I sent an email to say I was unhappy. I got an email back saying they would extend the offer and to try again. I did and it still didn't work. I sent another email saying I had given up trying and they said to try again or call them with my order, which I did and eventually I got my BOGOF order. Glad I perservered, the product is excellent and I am very impressed with the customer service!

I have received the package but all the Tea cans were damaged.

Needed a present fast so I chose the next day delivery option and was very impressed. Gift arrived within time slot and cups were packaged really well to prevent any damage.

Found exactly what I wanted, high quality tea and herbal infusions. To add to the experience the Tea Canisters and packaging are beautiful and are an added bonus. The canister has a double lid to keep the tea air tight. Extra labels are given allowing the purchaser to personalise the contents. Great service and prompt delivery.

Very good service and first time loved the free samples

Really pleased with the luxury hot chocolate which has a darker flavour than most. Absolutely love the teapot that I purchased - a stylish addition to the kitchen.
