CS H&P are our prefered heating engineers for our domestic boiler installation, servicing and system repairs. Recent replacement of three way valves and a couple of thermostatic radiator valves was carried out efficiently in spite of first engineer having to go off sick. An accurate price was given at the point of making the appointment too which was reassuring.

Our regular Plumbers were no longer available and a friend recommended CS Heating & Plumbing. I contacted them and they came out the same day (even though it wasn't an emergency), they confirmed the problem, got a price, ordered the part and came back 2 days later to fit it. Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. It is so nice when people just do what they say they will. I will definitely use them again in the future.

A very straightforward company to deal with. The price quoted is the price you pay. Sometimes a service might be complex and sometimes quite simple, but the price is the same. In my case, about half an hour's work was involved, which does seem expensive, but you are paying for a skilled operative and his travel from his base, so the costs must mount up. I would recommend to those who want to deal with a professional company rather than take a chance on a single individual who would be able to undercut these prices.
