The lad that I spoke to on the phone was great. Good communication with me, always polite good phone skills. Cannot complain at all regarding him. My only criticism wasn’t his fault and something he couldn’t control. It was the last minute interest change. I had chosen my car, fell in love with it. Got accepted for finance at 11.9% which in this current climate I thought was high enough. However it went up to 14.9% at the final hurdle which I thought was harsh. I want to highlight that this may not be Jigsaw’s fault but it was disappointing nonetheless. I thought I’d be guaranteed the 11.9% I was given at the start of the process. Jason.
