After finding the car I had been waiting for on auto trader I used their ‘preferred lender’ I won’t mention any names (zuto!) who, over the course of 3 days made an absolute hatchet job of my application, approved, then not then approved again then not, constant calls and resending documents began to feel like a 2nd job I wasn’t getting paid for. I turned to jigsaw that night, Luke jackson called me the following morning and as if he was part of the jackson5 himself, made things simple as ABC123. His approach was calm, reassuring and found solutions to potential issues before they arose! By 5pm the same day my finance was confirmed and funds are being paid out. Car finance can be abit a puzzle bit with jigsaw, all the prices came together quickly!! 5*

I filled out a brief form of income expenditure and balh blah, less than 24 hours on a Sunday a lady called ceri rang me, confirmed everything and sent two payslips and my driving licence was approved within the afternoon and within a week my new car was bought I felt like I hardly did a thing, ceri answered all my questions very promptly, made sure someone else picked up my file while she had a couple days off which all staff that picked up the file was amazing and helpful, Danny and libby I believe, incredibly happy with the service provided and incredibly happy with the help will definitely choose jigsaw again
