It has now been two weeks since I initially reached out to your team about this issue and requested a refund, but I have yet to receive any satisfactory response. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a timely reply from your customer service team—only one response per week, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, there seems to be a lack of decision-making ability regarding the return process, as the bumper’s box does not meet standard measurements. I understand this may present a challenge, but it should not delay the resolution of my problem. I kindly request an immediate refund for these defective products, and I expect a clear plan for returning them. Please address this matter promptly, as it has already been far too long without a resolution.
