Super helpful staff, relaxed, knowledgeable and keen to assist. Very responsive on phone, email and text. The purchased vehicle was ready to collect in double quick time. Paperwork was easily sorted as staff are so experienced, full mechanical overview and MOT without any delay, car was super clean and everything was ready to go. A few (very) minor post purchase issues were rapidly resolved without any hesitation. This was particularly impressive. I am a satisfied customer and will return to Spa Motors for future vehicle purchases and for all future garage work requirements. Well done to a great team.

I had been Looking for a truck for a few weeks that didn,t have Vat,I went on line and Spa Motors popped up and there I saw a truck I thought was worth a look. At Spa they had a large selection on display but the one I went to see was still there, I spoke to a member of staff and took it for a test drive, Anyway I bought the vehicle and must say how good an experience it was, No hassle and anything they could do no was no trouble at all. The initial e-mail enquiry was replied to the same evening. On arrival had plenty of time to look around the vehicles we were interested in before being approached for a friendly chat. We had a test drive while our vehicle for P/X was appraised. Happy with the deal and picked up new vehicle within a few days. Jake was great to deal with and whole experience was hassle free.
