Spa Motors is definitely a 5 star car dealership - if I could give them 6 stars, I would. Gareth was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked into the showroom. I'm not familiar with many of the features on modern cars, but he was very patient and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I'm very happy with my Shogun, which is a genuinely good example of it's type and was very well presented. I would definitely buy from this business again. I can't think of a better place in this area to buy a car.

I purchased a Ford Ranger from Spa Motors, feeling reassured by their three-month warranty. Unfortunately, just over a month later, while driving on the motorway, the vehicle went into limp mode and began emitting smoke. We managed to pull over just before it caught fire, resulting in a dangerous and surreal experience. When I contacted Spa Motors for assistance, their response was shocking: they dismissed my concerns, stating I couldn’t prove the fire was their fault and advised me to deal with my insurance. This left me stranded and without support, despite their advertised warranty promises. I later met with the directors of Spa Motors, who seemed more concerned about their company’s image than my situation. They even threatened legal action if I shared my story, which is deeply troubling. In light of my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Spa Motors. We called by the garage just before closing one evening to look around the cars, we were met by Owen Davies, who was very helpful, in no rush to go home, we said we would come back to test drive a car which we have just purchased since, Owen said, if we wanted we could test drive it that evening, we asked a few questions, which he gave us the answers what we wanted to hear.
