I recently bought my second car from Spa Motors, first one 3 years ago. They have been looking for an XC60 for me, once one was found it was brought out for me to test drive by Elliot. Super car, as soon as all paperwork sorted, new MOT etc, part x negotiated, the vehicle was again driven to Llandrindod Elliot. It was as simple as drive in with the old one and leave with the new one. Elliot was extremely helpful with finer details and advice. The aftercare from their own garage was excellent with the previous car, I have no reason to doubt the same service with this one. Elliot has since phoned to check that I am happy with purchase. I would fully recommend Spa Motors, an excellent service with no hard sell.

Brilliant experience with Spa Motors. Purchased a used pick up truck from the Brecon Branch, no hard sell and Carwyn from the sales Dept was very good. Purchase was quick and easy, on collecting the truck and as promised it was serviced, fresh MOT and new tyres fitted. After a few weeks a minor issue with the gearbox appeared, a call to the service desk and the truck was booked in and repaired under warranty. I also had a tow bar fitted by them, very good value and a really neat job done, the staff on the service desk are very efficient. Have to say I’ve had an excellent service from Spa Motors. Highly recommend them.

After what turned out to be a very shocking experience viewing a qashqai a couple days prior I really didn’t want to view another car without my other half being present. That being said my other half told me I will be fine to go to the llandod branch on my own as they are tidy people so I headed up as I didn’t want to miss the vehicle they had. Got greeted by Gareth and what a lovely guy he was too, very welcoming and chatted away to my little girl like he knew her forever. I was made to feel very welcome there and as was my daughter who got given a drink and offered more. Deal was done, car was collected a week later with my private plates all ready on it and I am very happy. Other half is now stalking the website waiting for his next vehicle to pop up. I had car envy every time I passed a CHR liking their unique quirky shape. I test drove one in February from a different dealership but I disliked the sales person who bad mouthed his customers that were there before me and who was not bothered if I had the car or not. My husband couldnt understand why I would let a good deal go purely based on unprofessionalism. I did start to think more fool me, but my patience paid off. Driving past SPA HEREFORD I saw one, made an appointment to test drive it and that's when I first met Carwyn, who had come to the Hereford Branch from Brecon. I consider that he conducted the whole appointment exactly how a sales person should. Professional, fair and importantly he listened to my needs & then took care of everything. Nothing was too much trouble, he maintained his professionalism throughout the whole process, kept me updated on progress, and gave me advice when dealing with the DVLA. Hard sell pushy sales people should be a thing of the past and they would do well to take a leaf out of Carwyn's book, professional, fair, approachable but above all else likeable. I contacted Owen, I told him what I was after to which he had 2 Tiguans to the spec I wanted, I chose to test drive the one newer one,which was in Hereford,Owen was really helpful and easy going. He went above and beyond. As Owen wasn't working on the Sunday, he had spoken to Carwyn throughout,who I must say was great chap to deal with, no pushy sales tactics a genuine no nonsense guy, I really liked the car and we completed the deal. Very straightforward no hiccups very smooth from start to finish. Car was picked up, paperwork which was minimal completed, this is the second time I have purchased from spa motors and will keep returning as they are a great firm to deal with, a big shout out to Owen Davies and Carwyn Price thanks chaps.

Darren and the team were so accommodating when I came in with sadly a blown head gasket on my Ford Ranger. I can’t thank the team at brecon enough for just being super helpful and empathetic to my rather annoying issue. What an amazing buying experience I’ve had ! Right from the start of enquiring , to sealing the deal with purchasing the car, I had complete confidence in the company and the salesman, Cameron Mills. Cameron was very patient and communicated very well. The vehicle is absolutely immaculate and the customer service was outstanding. Cameron even arranged the alloys to be refurbed for me and gave me an option on colour. I will definitely be back when I upgrade in a few years !
