Email confirmation of order stated I would expect an email to confirm when boots were shipped. 3 days later still no confirmation of boots being shipped and I noticed the website had changed to stating 4-6 days for order processing. It had been 3-5 when I ordered. So I emailed customer support who got back to me very quickly. Customer support advised they would be shipped next day (day 4 since order). Great I thought, still time to arrive for my next competition. Come day 5, still no confirmation. Checked my order status and it still said confirmed. By that point it was the afternoon and would not make the post, as it was a Friday no way would the boots arrive for my competition. I called to cancel the order and a refund was made straight aware. The person on the phone didn't argue or ask why I was cancelling (so maybe this happens often). All I can say is the customer support team are great to deal with and are very quick by email and phone. The time taken to ship items is a complete let down and I wouldn't purchase from them in the future.

But Ardmoor insisted I check with neighbours and the safe space even though there was a picture of my purchase in the doorway of the other house and a signature that was clearly not my name, which also said it was handed to me at a time I was at home, but they would rather keep going round in circles asking me to check other places,they even sent a Google maps location of where it had been delivered, I pointed out the different address, they said, can you check with neighbours just in case!! I gave up, let's hope they do the right thing and refund me! Or do I need to ask my neighbours for that too!!
