Had an issue with the original boots. Which Ardmoor immediately exchanged once returned. Polite helpful service and much easier to deal with than some of the big name suppliers that could be mentioned.

I bought a waterproof jacket for my son's birthday from Ardmoor and immediately realized that it was not appropriate for the job. He returned the coat on arrival and a refund arrived in my bank account by return. A few days later I received an e-mail from Ardmoor asking if I was still looking for a jacket and offering to help. I explained why I had returned the first purchase and they responded with some very helpful suggestions. Whilst their suggestions did not work for me, I thought their customer service was excellent. How often does an on-line company offer to help?

Dissapointed at having to pay p&p when I had spent £120 and it only shows up when you get to the checkout most retailers allow free postage and returns these days so will think carefully before using you again
