Prompt delivery helpful excellent products I ordered two styles to try but ended up keeping both!!

I purchased a Musto gilet. Ardmoor’s website is really good, the photographs are high resolution and I’m very happy with the gilet which arrived quickly.

A little more expensive on some clothing than similar online stores but the quality of service is second to none. 2 year old Harkika trousers were leaking and the whole claim was processed in two weeks and trousers were replaced. Will defo be shopping there again

Having not purchased anything for quite a while, I am always wary of companies "improving" things, obviously as technology moves on that's fair enough & to give the customer & business a good deal. First time I have used this company to buy clothing. My order arrived well within the time scale they gave me when I placed it. The Hoggs of Fifth Kingraig WP outdoor trousers I ordered are great. The quality and finish of them is very good. I have used them once so far for fishing and they kept me 'toasty warm'.

Service absolutely superb

Never received my order, had to chase at every step. I initially made a mistake with my email address. But once corrected my order was dispatched to a post office without any information for me to actually collect. Then after sending 2 emails I received a tracking number to find it had already been returned. Had to ask for a refund as had no faith it would ever come

Good selection of good quality goods, prompt delivery (tracked). I was extremely happy to be able to get waterproof over trousers with 30in leg!!👌
