Very poor communication regarding a delivery that was supposed to take 3-5 working days and actually took 10. After repeated chasing I got an email. No apology or reasoning behind the delay. That said the item did arrive and was in excellent condition.

Excellent customer service and great shopping experience, the shoes I ordered ran large so were too big, Ardmoor made the return and exchange hassle free and easy. I am very happy with my boots and the entire shopping experience.

Tailoring and fit were very good and the price was competitive. It also has a good cozy feel. Best of all, it is made in the UK. Postage was a bit slow, but i understand the current problems.

Very efficient and quick delivery. Having to return the first order as they were the wrong size (ordered by myself) I rang the company who were very helpful and e mailed me a returns label. The replacements arrived within 2days of receiving the returned items. Brilliant service.

The boots are excellent but i was shocked to be forced to pay 50% duty on top of the list price. EU customers should be advised of the duty before thet make a purchase.

I was in PG Wrightson Oamaru and could not find an original Swanndri with lace up front, my old one of 30 years was all but worn out! While in the UK Scotland l found Ardmoor who are selling the original Swanndri, l ordered a new one and it was delivered asap.
