We’re experts in your three main utilities - business electricity, business gas and business water (hence the Tri in our name). We take the time to understand your needs and priorities, securing you the most suitable contracts and advising on efficiency, cost reduction and conservation. I have never know a broker that works so hard on your behalf, James as been fantastic from start to finish, and would definitely recommend this company. i will be using tritility for all our utilities and James moving forward .

Sorted our company gas and water accounts, nothing was a problem and got us a great deal in comparison to our supplier at the time. I would definitely recommend them.

Debbie was brilliant and made the transfer from our previous electricity provider to our new provider super clear, simple and painless. I would definitely recommend using Tritility over communicating directly with suppliers. They are incredibly responsive and helpful.

I am leaving a five star rating for Anthony Potts, Anthony was really helpful, also Patient with me as I was extremely frustrated with SMARTEST ENERGY and their lack of customer service and response , I was pleased to have Anthony on my side he listened and understood why I was frustrated and upset with SMARTEST ENERGY, Anthony was easily contacted, phone and email, usually responded the same day unlike SMARTEST ENERGY, Thank you Anthony!

Constant barrage of phone calls and extremely rude. Will not take no for an answer. Avoid at all costs! We simply are not interested in what the phone calls offer and we ask not to be contacted but they simply cannot stop calling us and being pushy and rude. When we say we do not wish to proceed with you, please take the hint.

We moved to Tritility in December and since then our account manager, Claire, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to solve existing issues we had with a meter before we made the move and is always there to provide help and support with our energy accounts whenever we need advice and to remove the pain out of liaising direct with energy companies.

Anya and Dale have today supported me through the renewal of my electricity contract. Anya was very sympathetic, and explained the whole situation regarding the price rises thoroughly and in an understandable way. She also managed to get a reduction on my new contract. Anya obviously cares very much about her customers and takes a personal interest. Dale was also very helpful answering my contractual questions. I thoroughly recommend Tritility and particularly Anya.

Trtility have been brilliant and cannot fault them. They have helped us to smoothly secure great deals for our many meters on the Estate. They arranged online portals to manage our many accounts which is very useful. Communications are great and we get a speedy response every time. Claire the Senior Account Manager is in constant contact, she has been an asset assisting me with tenants’ meter and invoice issues that have cropped up. She goes out her way to help where she can and updates on everything. Overall, very pleased to have Tritlity and Claire, it makes a change not dealing with pushy people.
