Michaela was extremely friendly and helpful - helped me to provide the correct information so that we could proceed with renewing our service contact along with Gordy who succeeded in obtaining the best prices for us. Read the reviews of Tritility and they looked pretty good so thought I would give them a ring. First got through to Eden who was very helpful and friendly then when I decided to go ahead to move from Opus to Dyce with both gas and electric I was then introduced to David Whitehead who is now my account manager. Had a few problems with bills and meter readings and my rubbish ability with technology and emails but rang David up and got straight through to him and he sorted everything out straight away. David has been soo helpful and friendly and taken all the stress off me to sort things out himself. He has been fantastic cause I'm running a busy hair salon and don't need stress and he has been very patient with me,even helped me to send e-mails which is a first for me lol. Overall fantastic service,friendly and helpful and if the big boss reads this David deserves a bottle of something strong for putting up with me 🫠

Dexter Ubiaro and Anthony Potts recently took over as account managers for most of our gas qnd electricity accounts with an energy company who We have had many problems with in the past However since Dexter took over these accounts for us in dealing with this particular company it feels like a great weight has been lifted off our shoulders. I dreaded renewing my electricity contract. Jones called out of the blue and thought I would take a chance with him. Sooo pleased I did. Jones listened to what I wanted and quite quickly I had a new contract. It was a pleasure to deal with Jones and the company. He was helpful, patient, charming, polite, keen to help me achieve the deal I wanted. I'm quite demanding in what I want but together we achieved a compromise. He was never going to give me the electricity rates I was on 4 years ago!!!! I recommend this company to anyone and Jones is an excellent first contact.
