Good and efficient service

Dene has been a great help assisting me with a bridging contract for one of our two electricity meters. Throughout the whole process he's been open and honest and put our needs first to ensure we have come out with a good rate given the current environment.

Really helpful staff, especially my relationship manager Ally Reid who has been excellent in dealing with our utility suppliers on our behalf. I would certainly recommend Tritility.

5 Stars! Special thanks to Harry Chirnside and his colleagues. We were caught out when our energy supplier went out of business due to the recent challenges utility providers are facing. Being a new trading company with not much credit history meant that few providers were willing to take us on. However, Harry and his team ploughed on until they got our company signed up with a decent and competitively priced provider. Big Bravo to Harry and colleagues at Tritility. Extremely professional, supportive and helpful!

I cannot recommend this company enough. For 6 months Tritility has helped the leisure centre trust with energy market reports energy saving matter and how to save on water costs. Michael Gates and Sam Butcher have worked tirelessly to keep the group up to date, with everything that has happened. Time and time again we have given very little notice asking for help, Michael and Sam have acted professionally and swift to aid and support any request we have thrown at them. We are now in the process of using the energy monitoring system Tritility has given to us, supported by Alex Barker. Alex has helped with training on the systems, as well as arranging multiple access to all 7 of our leisure centres. In time we are hoping to reduce our evening consumption and pinpoint where we are wasting energy with ongoing support from Alex Michael has helped save 3 centres over £6000 on water alone, this was a very, very easy process explained simply. Michael has also helped find hidden meters, arrange for accurate reads to reduce estimated costs and is always at the end of the phone to help with any problems.
