He called back efficiently & with alacrity informing me that 52 other properties were also affected in my area, and gave me the details of my supply company. He advised it should be working by 2, and it was. :-) All very pleasant experience. I just had a couple of mature ladies wanting to use the lift and see when using the toilets! (Lift and Ladies lights not working).

Matthew Paxton helped us getting a complaint put through and a new tariff sorted for when ours ends. Would highly recommend him helped our company no end.

Both Phil and Gavin have been extremely supportive and have regularly kept me up to date with what is happening with the current energy rates. I would highly recommend them although sometimes as with all energy company/brokers sometimes the number of calls can be excessive but I suppose this is part and parcel of the process. I will defo go through them in the first instance for my next renewal review.

Recently they've really had to earn their keep, we had a really strange situation with our energy provider which I doubt I could have sorted myself, however Ally at Tritility was relentless and kept on the Energy providers back until it was sorted. I can't thank them enough, it really takes the headache out of dealing with energy companies.
