As a business, we get constant calls from utility companies to move our gas/ electric contracts, most of which I just ask to call me back next week, despite knowing it needed to be done. Steve was brilliant from the very first time he called me and had me completely engaged and wanting to get our contract renewed. Such a credit to your company; great salesman, just the right amount of chat, helpful and friendly. Was a pleasure to deal with him. After we had agreed the contract, the same should be said for Cathy who looked after me, so lovely and very helpful and she and Steve obviously have a great working relationship as the communication between them and I was fantastic. So so please we renewed with Tritility and the follow up/ after care service from both Steve and Cathy has been brilliant too. Renewing energy contracts for work, is not the easiest thing to do and both Steve and Cathy made it simple, fun and got our company a great deal. I had been putting off doing this for months!!!

Anya and Cassie were super helpful in getting my future contract put in place as the market was very volatile and they made sure we had the best price possible, they were fantastic to deal with and i would highly recommend speaking to them

Have had a couple of really bad experiences with utility brokers miss-selling contracts that I was sceptical about using any of them to get a new contract for our school. Tritility went out of their way to try and get us the best electricity deal especially with the current trends. I would especially like to thank Steve Boston who was so helpful and reassuring and went over and above to get prices to us on a regular basis. Nothing was too much trouble and he never made me feel uncomfortable having to ask him to keep getting revised prices for us. I would also like to thank Carl Ribchester for his help too. They both were brilliant. I would definitely recommend Tritility to other schools for any utility quotes and we will be looking to them in the future for any contracts that we have coming up.

Nathan from Tritility pressured us into taking a business gas contract pretending that prices would rise the following day which was the next month, because of the current gas price crisis. All lies and I guess misleading statements are unfortunately part of many sales people's patter to get the sale. As a couple of days after it turned out that prices were much cheaper than quoted and this had all been a scam. I would not trust this company as far as I could throw them. We are now stuck in an expensive contract due to the lies and coersion of this bad company. We have more sites and whilst it appears we may be stuck in this contract for the one site, I guess it could have been worse if contracts for our other sites had been signed. Obviously Tritility will not have the opportunity to deal with any of our other sites and other utilities, and hopefully this is a warning to others to be very careful about their tactics. The lack of a cooling off period is completely ridiculous.

Michael Gates (water specialist) has assisted us reducing our rates with the existing supplier and saving us money. He has turned around this very promptly and quickly and has walked us through the process step by step.

Matthew Paxton, was a great help with getting my electric bill sorted out he was professional, polite and kept in touch every step of the way. 5 stars

Following a bad experience with another energy provider, Keith and Steve were very helpful and quick to resolve this for us.

Excellent service from Keith and Anya. This was a very complex case involving multiple sites and specific unique challenges which they handled easily in their strides. This is a start of a good relationship with the business.

Matthew Paxton was amazing to deal with, friendly , approachable and easy to talk to unlike a lot of company telephone staff. He came good with his promises and got our company the best part of £4000 in cash paid into our account within around two week period , we could not believe it ! please let him do the same for you !

Diabolical plain and simple!

Whilst in the process of looking for a renewal quote I was having problems with a broker who had acted fraudulently. Keith, at Tritility, helped steer me through the procedures in order to gain recordings of the transaction and thus able to prove my case. This was done even though I did not have a contract with Tritility. A great service and company to work with.
