After months of being bombarded with sales calls from various other "energy brokers". We finally got in contact with Tritility who took us on board and sorted out our utility contracts for the foreseeable future. Wow what a breath of fresh air both Anya and Cassie are, such a pleasure to deal with. We have been trying to sort our our meters for years with another broker, but for some reason they could never get it right and get everything all in the same place. Anya and Cassie have managed to get it all sorted out in the space of a couple of weeks and saved us money. Having dealt with Paula we saved thousands of pounds over a fixed term, fixed price electricity contract, something EDF didn't offer us as they were happy to continue to take our money and keep inflating prices. Paula was very professional, polite and very quick to do everything she said she would which included being able to save us money. From start to finish took less than a day and Paula did all the hard work. I simply sent the most recent electricity bill and the rest was done for me. I am confident we made the right choice using Tritility and would certainly recommend letting them take a look to see what they could save you. It costs nothing and can save you thousands.
