I have to say what a pleasure it is to deal with Phil Donkin, who is a professional ethical broker. After being scammed by Bionic energy brokers I was sceptical to deal with any other broker again! But Phil was very helpful, contacted me back when he said he would and kept me updated on what’s happening and helped me get out of my last contract as it had been missold by Bionic and I couldn’t be more happier.

Can I just say the service I received from Gary Manini was fantastic . He explained all the ins and outs of our new contract. So there are no surprises down the road . I thought we were already on good rates but Tritility have knocked £1600 off the annual gas and electric bills for my company. The process was very easy, Leigh Walters did all the work for me and the call took just a few minutes. I'll definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Refreshingly honest! Andrew Dawson from Tritility established my needs and the pricing I had access to through other providers. As I didn't have a requirement for Tritility to manage my energy relationship he was honest in advising that I could get the best deal by going direct to the suppliers, whilst also offering his assistance in reviewing those deals. So easy to deal with and our contact Eden, was super lovely and made the whole process stress free. We have recently opened a business and I had spent so many hours on the phone trying to sort the electricity contract with no luck.
