I love the Best Night Time Tea, Ever. It does exactly what it says and I always have the best night's sleep. Ordering couldn't be easier and the choice of weight is brilliant. Being able to order a sample size means you can try other teas that you might not have thought about. I would order the Night Time tea by the sackful if I had room to store it. Orders are always filled promptly and often arrive the next day. Can't fault the quality and choice of tea or the service. I'll be ordering again and again.

Amazing customer service. My tea subscription did not arrive and I contacted them - I received an email within minutes and the issue was resolved. I got my tea subscription in 2 days time and couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the tea is excellent and I look forward to being a long-term customer of this UK brand.

Easy to navigate site and a great choice. I love that they deliver worldwide as we are currently expats in Japan so being able to have a choice of teas and coffees is such a treat! Delivery time was as listed and no problems. Would happily recommend them.

Lovely tea. Came within a couple of days and well packaged.

First time visiting the shop, my first reaction wow. I am a big lover of fresh tea but have found that when I have bought my tea elsewhere for 100g I was charged £29.00. Very welcoming, helpful lady I bought 5 varieties of tea for such a good price. I thanked the lady very much and told her I was going to be a regular customer. For me I would rate the shop 10 out of 10 for friendliness, good variety, all perfectly labelled tea, and very reasonably priced.

Really good service from True Tea Co. I am buying breakfast tea and rooibos tea (both loose leaf) and we are really enjoying this new experience with my lovely little teapot. The tea arrives very quickly so we never run out. Thank you.
