Excellent tea products and fabulous option for smaller amounts to trial.

I bought a tea subscription as a gift at Christmas and it's been absolutely fantastic. Deliveries are always on time and the range of tea each month is brilliant. There have been occasions where we've ordered extra tea and the value is fantastic. Even during lockdown they've replied to emails and despatched orders on time. Such a lovely company to deal with and I cant recommend them highly enough.

First time customer but not the last, tried stepping outside the box from my usual ''Twinings Tea'', and picked 3 loose leaf teas , Midnight Rose, Lychee & Shangri-La White Tea.   After trying these teas, I took my remaining (Twinings) and dropped them in the bin, ''True Tea'' is now my go to cuppa.

Very efficient and prompt. I ordered Earl Grey Blue Flower which I've had before and Earl Grey Rebel. I have started the Rebel and it is really lovely. I don't like coffee so I like a special tea at morning coffee time. These teas fit the bill. They are quite expensive but worth it, especially as I ordered them with the offer of free delivery.

Great tea, the smell, the texture, packaging, everything is just lovely! I was looking for ages for a tea shop like this. Due to this crazy time I ordered first thing in the morning and came out in the evening. Is true, living close helped, but yeah, great delivery as well! Can't wait for the shop to open so I can browse and smell all the new tea. I highly recommend it!
