Well I called and ordered a beautiful neckles. I received it in two days ! I was sent a confirmation of my order being placed and a tracking number. It was the so very organized and fast. Excellent service.

I previously bought a necklace and the quality is beautiful. This necklace that I purchased doesn’t seem to have the same quality…I left 2 messages..one the day before Thanksgiving and one the day after requesting to make a return. I never received a return call. Now it’s too late to return it.

Window shopping online is a pleasure with John Medeiros Jewelry. While I do not wear much jewelry, every once in a while a signature piece stands out. That is what I found in my recent purchase. The rhodium letter pendant is absolutely beautiful. I appreciate the thicker adjustable chain necklace. Nicely done!

Product was not what I expected. Tried to call and email customer care took 5 days to get a response. I just think the customer service aspect was lacking. Online product description was not what was expected and earrings were loose in the package. I just would not recommend.

I have been a John Medeiros customer off and on for many years. My daughter and I made a special trip to Murraysville, PA to meet him in person and see his exquisite jewelry. This jewelry line never goes out of style. Since retiring, I rarely purchase jewelry, but John Medeiros jewelry is the exception. The beautiful design, customer service, and outstanding value make this jewelry an outstanding purchase.

I had been eyeing this bracelet for a while when I decided to pull the trigger it was soo easy to order. The bracelet exceeded my expectations. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I would love to see more pictures of people wearing the jewelry I find it helps with figuring out size of the piece. I love the return policy is soo easy. In case you are not sure you can try it and return it if you don’t like it. Love John Medeiros the quality of their jewelry is fantastic.

I love my new earrings! I had them before and I lost one and I was devastated. When I saw on line they were up for sale, my husband bought them go me for our anniversary.

It was shipped quickly and I love the starfish charm. I do wish the shipping was a little less but the experience was excellent

I have been buying John Medeiros for years. I received my necklace and it appeared there was no stone in the middle of the medallion. I returned to company. Company called me and told me that there is no stone in the middle. But it appeared in picture that there was a stone. So I didn't want it. So there charging me 10% for the return.
