It was disappointing that the opal earrings from your new line were not available but still listed on your website. Additionally, when Customer Service reached out, the minimum was done to assist me with finding them and they only offered to have me purchase a different earring that was more expensive and not to my liking. I wanted the earrings that I had selected. Likewise, I found the Store Locator information on your website to be out of date! There are stores listed there that either have closed or no longer carry your line. I love John Medeiros Jewelry and own several pieces and this is the first time that I have had such a disheartening experience with the company and customer support.

My recent purchase was one of those offers but when I checked out, the free pair of earrings wasn’t listed. After reaching out to customer service it was remedied immediately.
