I had a new washing machine delivered that should have been installed by that company. They said they couldn't do it as a hole needed to made for the hoses in adjacent side panel. I contacted Np Works Ltd and they came out at the end of same day. Excellent experience as they managed to install the washing machine without making a hole! Tested the machine & fixed longer hoses so it would be easier to get out for cleaning/ maintenance/ future repairs. I felt they went out of their way to help me out of a sticky situation! Neil was recommended to me from a friend, and he lived up to the recommendation. He was friendly, professional and thorough with my job, and managed to start sooner than originally planned too. Also he was happy to talk through some other future projects in detail to give his opinions on the most effective and cost efficient approach.

Really great service from Nil. I reported my issue to him and he was able to come out and diagnose / repair efficiently and correctly. He also kindly pointed out some other errors which I had which would be covered by my boiler insurance so advised me on how I should report those in order to have them resolved through that policy. Really honest and great guy. Will be my go to person for any future issues.

Wow, I can't recommend this company highly enough. It's not often I can say getting a repair done made my day. The guy I spoke to didn't charge me as the job was so simple - I'm hopeless at stuff like that and tend to panic. He was so kind, looked at pics I sent and even drew arrows to show me where to turn the two pieces. He was very patient and waited to make sure I'd done it ok. Even sent a YouTube link. How lovely is that? So as you can see, really trustworthy and the job was done within minutes :) I'd give 10 stars if I could.
