From start to finish my experience of NP works was excellent. Nils went above and beyond to help me understand my plumbing and worked extra hours to finish it so I could get back to normal! We had a really dodgy old fashioned washing machine connection that was leaking, they came whe they said they would, replaced with an up to date valve, didn’t take a liberty with the price at all. They were quick, clean and polite.

I had a great experience with Nilesh. He managed to fit me in for an urgent repair, advised what was the best approach for the fix, carried out the work quickly and tidily and then followed up a week later to check that everything was still ok.

NilIsh and Sean came at very short notice to sort our heating which was not working, they were very professional, sorted it quickly and helped explain the problem in layman terms. Would definitely recommend for any heating / boiler issues.
