Trying to navigate the site with a mobile browser is almost impossible The menu from the left side covered 20% of the viewing area and wouldn't tuck away. The link to the search bar never worked. I'd get trapped in some sort of endless loop as the page was trying to load, causing my phone to crash and restart. I tried on my tablet and the same thibgs were happening. Both devices are brand new, I've less than two weeks. It's unfortunate because I ordered my first rug from here a week ago and I didn't notice the problem at all. And I was really impressed with the quality. I still ordered another item today, but it'll be a while before I try again.
