Customer service is really helpful, but they won’t send you the correct rug. I ordered a rug, and the sent me the wrong one twice. Waste of time and effort.

I ordered several rugs! 2 rugs I already returned due to defects. I have 3 more that are defective! They won't give me a credit for them! I ordered them in May. The binding is coming undone on 2 of them and the door mat that I got the print on it is fading. These rugs are also not easy to keep clean, you can only use a vacuum with no beater bar on them! The grass is not coming up off of them when you use a non beater bar vacuum, they always look dirty. We are not a high traffic house at all. Again the rugs are junk!
