Perfect team thanks Millys!

I recently placed an order with Millys and Royal Mail sent my parcel to the wrong depot, so I had to wait a little longer for my order. I advised Millys of this - more for information than anything else as it wasn’t their fault. When my order arrived I realised I’d ordered the wrong sized plates, so re-ordered the correct ones. My second order arrived the next day by DPD even though I’d paid regular P&P. Millys had already apologised about my previous order - even though it wasn’t their fault but showed they have excellent customer service by remembering I’d had a problem and going the extra mile. I’d recommend Millys without hesitation.

I was looking for neutral duvet covers (not flowery) for my son who is at uni. I found a 100% cotton set that included pillow cases and ended up buying three as the price was so low. They arrived quickly and were just as I had hoped.

Very fast delivery

Cookware of very fine quality and arrived safely packed. Only suggestion would be to use a smaller box and less packing although it was all recyclable!

Thanx to your packaging I received my goods in 1 piece as dpd dropped parcel over wall even though it had fragile written all over box which landed on its side breaking outer packaging, I’ve tried to communicate with dpd but as they had delivered parcel there not interested
