One star knocked off as seemed to take a while to get to courier for delivery

First time using this store. Slight mix up with order, I got in Touch and Neil got back to me so soon to offer a choice of two very helpful alternatives and rectify the problem. Customer service like that is just not the norm anymore and is so welcome. Would highly recommend, a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you

I would have given a 5 star rating except that some of my dinner service items arrived broken. The packing was inadequate. However, I contacted the store and received excellent customer service.The replacement items arrived safely within 2 days.

Update - the issues I had are in the process of being rectified thanks to the customer service team at Millys. I ordered my goods which were sent out Royal Mail - they tried to deliver twice - the items were not left in my safe place as they required a signature - and then then the goods were returned to you. I have not received a refund and no communication from yourselves . I do still require the goods . They are low value why do they require a signature ?
