All the team are fantastic sales with Matt and luca and then tieing it up with Julia barrows. Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for). Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold. Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up. They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient. Since walking in to Richard James in Wellingborough I had been heard about the type of property I wanted and had some viewings arranged with Stacey Carter who was very informative and anything she didn't know she would instantly email over as soon as she was back on the office after the viewing. She was also very honest in discussing all the properties viewed unfortunately I found a house with another estate agents but wanted to leave this review to say you would be in safe hands with Stacey Carter at Richard James.

Would recommend Richard James without hesitation. They are knowledgeable, honest and reassuring. My house in Woodside Park (N12) went under offer within 10 days of it going live, having secured multiple offers that completely exceeded my expectations. Making the decision to sell after being here for more than 20 years was an emotional move for me and their advice and kindness was invaluable. Very poor level of customer service and extremely poor knowledge around processes regarding secure deposits. No understanding of new legislation which protects tenants. They weren't helpful at all when I was renting the property so I moved out, now they are not responding to my emails, when I ask about my deposit.

An abundance of viewings and offers. Final offer was bang on the money. From listing to sale in a week. Can’t ask for more
