Jenn is wonderful. My parents moved to Deer Park from Florida and she was amazing help. She made everything easy and smooth for their transition here. They even realized they needed a bigger storage container and Jenn was just great. Thank you Jenn for all of your help. My family is grateful.

I really like the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. This facility also offers you a use of a trailer or truck for transportation to your new home/apt. Clean, a/c, lots of security.

The building is always clean and is brightly lit. I have stored with another facility. Everything smelled from whatever cleaner or bug killer they used and the lighting was very poor. I would definitely recommend Wimberley LockTite.

Terry always takes great care of me and makes sure everything is simple and easy. Facilities are always clean and orderly. Ive been there for at least a couple years and have had no hiccups.

From exceptional customer service to the conditions of the facilities, Locktite is at the top of their game. They attend to needs quickly and professionally, and ALWAYS with a smile. I have been in and out of the climate controlled building 2-3 times per week for the last 6 weeks. Each time, I have found the building to be extremely clean, cold (so nice in Texas heat), and it smells fresh. We stored over 1,000 bags of food in our units and have never had an issue with bugs. I appreciate the security features and the dollies available for loading/unloading. The use of "Lady Lockite" (the moving truck) at no cost is certainly an added bonus! I also greatly appreciate the ways Lockite gives back to the community. I can't say enough about this company.

I would like a place to wash my trailer and fill up the water tank. I'd gladly pay a reasonable extra fee for the use of such a facility. Some storage places in the North Austin-Round Rock area claim to have such facilities. Mgmt has been easy to work with. Appreciate being able to plug in on an as-needed basis. Facility is reasonably well maintained.

i do believe in your good safe keeping of my personal belongings but in the course of time since you took over the business from previous owners who were good also, it is beyond my comprehension how you people increases the rate of leasing of storage in such a manner where it is becoming unaffordable for anyone. So absurd but I imagine not much renters can do but oblige to pay.Do to the hardship of life to most people like me, we have no choice but hang on to the string and you know that as owners.When most are down to the gutter, it is an opportunity to others. I am hoping to God that soon I will be able to return to the Hill Country where I love most to live and take my belongings out at least to enjoy them before my old age.

Wonderful new storage location. Everything about the site is first class with the management wanting to do things right. Over the years my experiences with climate controlled storage in the Gulf Coast has been pretty depressing. Minimal air conditioning / humidity control has caused a lot of grief. These units are exceptional in their effort to keep it controlled. The folks are friendly and helpful, with available equipment for tenants to use loading and unloading. A great value.
