I was attracted to Lock Tite Storage by the excellent customer service I received on the phone as well as the offer of 1 month free storage. The customer service continued when I arrived to rent my unit. The unit was clean and there were even little gifts waiting for me there. I was very impressed as they went above and beyond what I would expect from a storage company! I highly recommend Lock Tite Storage - exceptional customer service makes them stand out from other companies.

Excellent place to keep your stuff, only disappointment was not being able to use the 4 month at 50% coupon due to occupancy of size we rented being almost full... fine print stuff. Oh, well...

We have used several units for 4+ years, experienced an ownership change, and have had good service throughout. The inside of the units are always clean, people friendly and helpful when needed.

Very helpful staff and are very flexible with accommodations to help me with my ever changing storage needs. I own a small business and we sometimes need space for inventory that is stacking up and delivery times are no where near, being able to expand quickly and deflate back to a normal storage size is really handy! Quiet, well lit, safe, and clean. Five stars in my book!

It is rare to find customer service in any business these days, but Lock Tite Storage goes above and beyond. Not only is there facility always clean, a welcoming bag and water bottle is in your unit when you arrive to move in. On numerous occasions if you are to stop in to pay your bill instead of mail, there will be treats on the table and a cold drink in the cooler. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. As much as it kills my husband and I to have "stuff" in storage, Lock Tite makes it a pleasure....if there is such a thing. LockTite knows customer service!

We had to put things in storage because we had to move before our remodel was ready. Looked around and lock-rite had the cleanest, safest facilities we found. Prices ere reasonable. Good staff good operation.

I think that this local company does a great job providing storage needs to my company, but after a year I need to cut back and now with the price increase I feel that this will be my last month. I understand that the cost of doing business does rise, but seeing all the new storage lockers that have been made by your company would seem to be a good thing for everyone. More space to sell for you and stable prices for me. I don't see that happening with this moderate increase.

This storage facility is well maintained..I like that they offer both indoor and outdoor storage. Staff is very helpful and polite. They also have the best prices in the area. I would definitely recommend this facility.
