This company is a total scam BEWARE with your money . They where supposed to do a Business plan and they never deliver on the dates and anything they offer .After weeks of desling with them trying to get things done i ask for a refund and they told me ok we will refund in 10 to 14 days . Of course like all thing they say will happen these also never did and no money was refund no job done and two months of headaches and time loss . AVOID DEALING WITH THESE COMPANY SPECIALLY IF YOU ARR GOING TO BUY THERE BUSINESS PLAN OPTIONS

As a new business owner my initial interaction with this team was challenging. Unfortunately, the Project leader had a personal issue so there was a delay in the start of our project. I reached out to the team and they immediately assigned Alan as our project lead. Alan was incredibly responsive. He returned every call and gave daily updates on our progress. I have been doing business with Content Development for two years now! They have always been dedicated, honest, reliable, and given me great customer service. I intend on using them for many more of my upcoming projects.

All I can say is that after waiting for a month for my business plan, but even now I haven't recieved it. Reflecting on my very first experience, things started on a wrong note. I was assigned a project worker and was told the person will contact me to introduce themselves. Till today I'm still waiting for that introduction! Writing my business, there was information that was totally wrong, especially my business address. In the plan it was written I work at home using the garage as my office. On this issue, I send it back 3x for rectification. To be honest, IF THE COMPANY TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I WAS BLACK, MY PROJECT DEVELOPER CANT TALK TO ME. I BELIEVE BECAUSE OF MY ETHNIC BACKGROUND NOBODY RESPECTS ME. WHY TAKE MONEY FROM A BLACK PERSON IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER. IM SO SUICIDAL BECAUSE I PAID MY MONEY EXPECTING RESULTS
