Stay far and clear from this company. They are petty, unprofessional, and do poor quality work. They tell you if you are not satisfied with the work you can cancel anytime. They will fight you if you do decide to cancel, and even send you disgruntled, unaddressed emails that seem to be written by a teenager going through a breakup. DO NOT use them. Their content is chock full of mechanical and grammatical errors and will provide you minimal value to prospects and customers alike. They are not a serious company, unless you want content akin to something a foreign Fiverr writer would come up with. They continue to charge our account even though you've cancelled. Then play footsie with you for a month to give you a refund that the sales rep promised would be a non-issue. I've had phone calls with the sales rep pleading "please" over and over again...just bizarre.

Please be ware of doing business with them. They take your money then it is a nightmare to get them to respond to you. We are based in Australia and were looking for a great website content writer when I came across content development pros whilst googling. They seemed to rank at the top in most searches for content writer so I thought I’d give them a go. Not only did they not deliver but their promise for 100% money back guarantee was a Big Fat Lie! The first content they wrote was completely out of line from our service offerings and the second writer did not bother to respond to our needs to change the draft as it was not compelling nor engaging, they were just replicating what’s on our website! They did not honour the money back guarantee and when I tried emailing them and chatting with them online, they failed to respond. I need to go back to my bank to dispute the transaction now, which is quite inconvenient. Will not be using them ever again!

Caveat emptor. That's really all I can say. They pull you in with cheap per-page prices, outsource the work YOU THINK is "authoritative" via Upwork to foreign writers, pocket the profits, and call themselves "pros". Yeah, not hardly.

Beware of these foreign writers. They act like they know what they are doing, but the proof is in the results that you get. I hired them re-write four pages of my website and increase the SERP rankings, but instead the pages went from page one to the bottom of page two or three.
