My account manager Michonne Reed and the team that was assigned to my project did an excellent job. I didn't need to hold their hands to get things done. Don't believe anything that this company tells you. For one week they spend endless times emailing me to get my money. But never agreed to the terms they expect people to give them the money blindly. 1st they say we'll do a couple of chapters for free. Then they say give us $200. Then they say sorry we have no time to talk to you it's for paying customers only. Jennifer is the worst. They're your friend until they realize you don't want to pay them and then they are nasty. I told those crazy people stop emailing me and they email me the next day. harassment never ends. They play a shell game to get your money and then they'll bring more people to encourage you when it's all a scam.
