First kissing fish bracelet I ordered tranished, second same bracelet I ordered does not have the same amount of pearls and it is shorter, it does not fit and fish pieces smaller and different. I asked timeless pearl to replace and repair these bracelets but no one responded. I still can not use my new order because it is shorter. There is no size on the page, it is one size and from the pictures with the pearl counts it should fit but mine has 13 each side and shorter than previous order and does not fit. They either should take these orders back and return my money or send me new ones which are correct size and right size of fish pieces. Timeless pearl has not responded to me so far. I am still waiting

I ordered a pendant and a pair of earrings. Instead of a pair of earrings, it was only 1 piece of earrings and described it as a pendant. It was difficult to return the item.I know they offer free shipping for your orders but it's through USPS and it always get lost.
