Cater Nation is my go-to when I need food for training classes; their customer service is excellent - I especially appreciate the morning-of emails confirming that a delivery is on time. Recently, they have added new vendors with food my students truly enjoy. In short, Cater Nation makes it easy for me to feed my students with great food, delivered accurately and on time.

Cater Nation's customer service was amazing, with helpful, quick responses, but the online portal has a lot to be desired. It was difficult as an admin to be efficient when setting up an maintaining a group order IE: Having to enter each participants name, email, and phone number for each order set up every time vs. just picking from a list of people who's info has been entered in before; Not being able to be more specific about what sections of menus attendees could choose from; Attendees not knowing how to correctly close out their order so it would be logged successfully; The running total being visible to attendees; Group orders defaulting to delivery - having to add an extra step to communicate that we prefer to pick it up.

Anytime I have a lunch meeting, I use Cater Nation. The restaurant selection is great and it's clearly outlined what charges I might expect before I select the location. I typically don't have an issue with deliveries arriving on time. The only time I did, Cater Nation quickly stepped in to get the issue resolved.

Wonderful service. Always there to help. I have put them to the test. They have saved me more times than one in a pinch. Wonderful group to work with.
