The ordering process is easy. I receive timely communication about the status of my order and if something is wrong, they act quickly to correct it.

When I had an issue with the vendor Cater Nation handled my situation quickly and professionally. They even called later in the day to once again apologize and to make sure that things were handled to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

I use Cater Nation quite frequently for all of our Business Executive Meetings. The only recommendation I want to say is making check out easier. Sometimes getting the final approval and closing of your event is a bit time consuming. Otherwise, great service with anyone I had to speak with.
