It's very convenient being able to make orders through this system rather than calling the establishment. Usually when I call I end up having to give my order all again due to the previous person not leaving the order for someone to look over. So this site really helps avoid the frustration.

CN's customer service is on point. In my first week ordering from them, I had to make changes to several orders--over the weekend, when technically they're not working (just monitoring calls and emails). They got back to me right away and updated my orders. When one of our orders didn't show up, they were on it again and made it right. I was beyond impressed!

I love the convenience of using Cater Nation, there's plenty of restaurants to choose from. I like when placing an order, once you enter the day & time, Cater Nation let's you know what restaurants are available to take orders. I get email notices right away of orders and invoices, I don't have to tracking anything down. Customer Service is always ready to assist. It's a great service to have if your company places lunch & catered orders regularly.
