The bad thing is that you will have to make a physical call , instead of placing the order online, when it is for same day delivery.

I have been planning meetings for years...successfully until I decided to use Cater Nation. I find the staff unable to convey updates/details to the caterer at the restaurant. I placed two orders and they were both late due to the fact the staff failed to pass along the details on where to deliver the food and updates to the orders. Total confusion on my contact information. I ordered from On the Border and Abe's deli...the drivers both complained about all of the miscommunication when dealing with Cater Nation. Who needs a middle man when you can work directly with the restaurant and get the orders correct and delivered on time?

The staff from Cater Nation go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered and your orders are correct. I can't tell you how many times I've used the CHAT option on the site to ask a question or two. ALWAYS get a quick and friendly response. AND they award me for each order I place! That is an amazing perk! I would highly recommend them for anyone needing the service.
