Great list of caterers to choose from. The prices are reasonable and it makes the entire ordering process easy. Customer Service is fantastic, I typically deal with Rich and he has been extremely helpful and accommodating anytime I have needed his help.

Good and on time. The only comment is that I would like to have a template of my orders so that all I need to provide to Cater Nation is the time, address and head count. They can see my template and pull that information making sure not to send the same food if there is another order from the same location. confirm in an email to me. My past cater company did this for me for years. I order less now with your company then I did with my previous cater company for just this reason. Time is the reason. Everything else has been amazing.

Easy to use, but the restaurants are inconsistent. Some deliver full meals, while others miss/forget things. Cater Nation will refund the fee of the missing item(s), but they are still needed for the event. It would be nicer to have the items ordered to be delivered if missed/forgot. The website needs to be updated. It's a little outdated in terms of payment, search and placing an order. It could use some TLC. Great customer service! I have always received a prompt and friendly response.
