CaterNation is like having a personal assistant (almost)! Gives me many choices and price ranges to choose from. I love getting confirmation each morning that my lunch for the day has been confirmed!

Great operation!

I am so happy that I was introduced to Cater Nation! I relocated from one state to another and have the need for catering multiple times a week. Not knowing the area, Cater Nation has been so very helpful! I know I can depend on the accuracy and ease of ordering every time! I honestly don't know what I would have done without it!!! If, I have any questions, problems, cancellations, or additions, or changes to my order, they give my the most great customer service, EVER! No worries is what they say/they will call you to make sure that everything is okay. Cater nation is pleasing to their clients and they do it w/care.

I have only had a couple issues with restaurants through Cater Nation and each time, I was contacted immediately and the problem was remedied right away. I don't know how we ever survived before them :)

Customer Care has been amazing. I have had so many last minute changes or unusual requests and they have been able to accommodate me 100% of the time. They have never said no to any request and always offer helpful suggestions. They've been pleasant and handle questions professionally.

Catern Nation has been such a helpful time saver. The orders always make it on time ( usually early). They call the day of delivery to confirm location and time of request. If you ever call or use their live chat portion, everyone is so customer service oriented and help instantly! They always try to accomodate any request. Highly recommend to all!

I form an opinion about a company based on how they handle problems and Cater Nation always has the best customer service and solutions when I need them the most. Michelle and Rich are outstanding and consistently keep their cool if a vendor is late or if something needs to be changed with an order. The entire team is professional and very helpful on a daily basis.

If I ever mess up and order or have a question, customer service has always been able to answer my questions or help me fix an error almost immediately.

Being able to order online through Cater Nation means I don't have to spend time on the phone with caterers. I just decide the caterer (restaurant) and make a few mouse clicks, I'm done!! If I have questions I know that I can call or instant message them. And I know that a confirmation call will be coming the morning of the order. SO EASY!!!!
