Meget langsom levering. Der står det skal tage mellem 3-6 hverdage før pakken vil komme. Der er nu gået 2 uger og pakken venter stadig på at blive behandlet

UPON OPENING IT I'M GREETED WITH MISSING A SCREW WRENCH AND THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BASE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I NEED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND OR YOU NEED TO SEND ME THE OTHER BASE. Je viens de passer une belle commande chez Gornation afin de pratiquer le calisthenics chez moi. Je suis agréablement surpris par la qualité d’emballage des produits ainsi que la facilité de montage qui est déjà pré monté. Avec en prime une petite pochette pour ranger ses équipements. Tout est bien protégé à l’intérieur et le matériel est clairement de très bonne facture. Certains diront oui mais cela a un sacré coup à l’achat. Je répondrai oui mais pas que…. Vous allez garder vos produits un bon nombre d’années vu la qualité et la robustesse des produits. Je préfère payer un certain prix pour la qualité que d’avoir moins cher et de mauvaise qualité. Je recommande vivement et je vais me recommander du matériel chez Gornation. Merci à la marque pour le sérieux.

Zu dem hochqualitativen Equipment kommt ein super Kundensupport. Meine Paralettes hatten einen kleinen Mangel, der die Funktionalität jedoch keineswegs beinträchtigt hat. Sofort wurde mir freundlich weitergeholfen und eine Teilrückerstattung oder ein Gutschein für den Onlineshop angeboten. Ich kann Gornation uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ordered two sets of parallettes with no issue, bought a static bar on sale which came without screws- customer service solved this problem for me in a manner of days, even shipping from Germany to US. Excellent, even impressive build quality on all products so far, and a timely response to customer support. Big fan.

Produkte haben eine Top Qualität und halten bereits Jahre! Dennoch hatte ich ein Problem mit den Paralletes Max, eine Schraube hat sich durchgedreht. Foto gemacht und an den Support geschickt, mit kleiner Beschreibung. Binnen 12 Stunden Rückmeldung vom Support erhalten, sie haben die Produktlinie erneuert sodass der Fehler nicht mehr auftreten kann und mir binnen 3 Tagen Ersatz zugesandt. Ohne Diskussion, so etwas erlebt man heutzutage nur sehr selten. Fatzit: junges Unternehmen, Top Qualität, Top Support.
