Ich habe nur gute Erfahrung mit Gornation gemacht. Anfangs hatte ich Probleme mit einem Produkt, doch bei diesen wurde mir vom Support sofort geholfen. Kundenzufriedenheit wird bei Gornation ganz groß geschrieben. Ich werde immer wieder bei ihnen kaufen.

Excellent customer service (willing to solve any problem), good products, and their team is open to feedback. Little by little, I am building my own collection of GORNATION products to continue practicing and learning about the world of Calisthenics.

Very good quality equipment

I had a set of parallettes from them for about a year. And they broke. I was very sad because I used them every day and they are just the best parallettes. And after discussing the problem with customer support, they were very kind about it and replaced my parallettes for me, all of which happened within about a weeks time. Which is truly awesome and shows just how much they care about the product quality and their customers. They are a great company to do business with and as someone with pretty much all of their products, I can say, their equipment and clothing are just the best.

I bought parallel bars, I paid a shipping fee (for 150$ I would have expected to be free but never mind), package was delivered by UPS that asked me to paid 40$ additional for customs fees otherwise I couldn’t get it. First time I’m in this situation, reached out to the customer support of Gornation and they told me it could happen without even proposing any solution / to pay this part. They are a bunch of amateurs, first and last time I order on their site.

I got bought paralettes and a dipbar and some small gear. Everything is good besides my "premium" dip bar is uneven, so i basically paid for muscle imbalances. I tried contacting support through the ai, no answers been like a 3-5 days and yesterday i tried contacting once more but they're still not replying even though it said 24 hours. So "great customer service indeed"

La qualitée est incroyable , peut etre que le prix est un peu élevé mais ce sont des produit de qualité qui vont durer dans le temps , je commande pour tout mes produit de calisthenics et je n'ai jamais eu de soucis.

Großartiger Support. Ein Gurt bei meinen Ringen war defekt und wurde absolut unkompliziert und super schnell ersetzt. Darüber hinaus ist bislang alles, was ich bei Gornation bestellt habe qualitativ absolute Spitzenklasse.

L’attrezzatura e l’abbigliamento sono eccellenti e comodi. Anche per quanto riguarda l’assistenza sono molto gentili e rispondono in giornata. Azienda che consiglio se si vuole comprare col marchio Gornation.

Good equipment BUT they are extremely misleading about shipping. They will say shipping cost is like 20$ but with 10$ due upon delivery but then after you place your order you get stuck with a bill 50-60$ on delivery it’s absolutely insane. Also they say 2-4 days but I’ve had it take over a week before. Whatever the price says be ready to pay an extra 50$ in import fees and don’t trust their import fee estimate AT ALL
