Brad and staff at Ecobubl gave clear information as to the appropriate PV system for our situation, and explained the process around installation, dealing with DNO etc clearly. When it came to installation, the electricians were very knowledgeable, competent and a pleasure to have around. Ecobubl have also made it clear that they will help out with any problems with the system after installation.

From start to finish Ecobubl provided a great service. The initial visit captured our requirement and they provided a thorough report. Responsive to emails and always ready to offer practical advice based on their experience, they won the competition on both price and quality. They applied for the BUS grant and DNO approval on our behalf, taking away the hassle for us. The installation was completed by a knowledgeable team who took obvious pride in their work.

EcoBubl were amazing from the get go. Firstly their fantastic business unit in Warminster was a one stop shop for all things eco in the world of heating and solar energy. From there I was able to see options and get a feel for what the kit would be like. Emilie visited and provided a clear plan for the installation of Daikin heat pump, cylinder and new radiators. My 1970s house was already fitted with solar power and so I chose an energy diverted to heat the cylinder once the batteries are charged. Brad visited to perform a technical survey for the installation team a few days later. The short wait between survey and installation day allowed me time to prep the cylinder location and finally the day arrived for installation. Brads team arrived on time and very soon the heat pump was being positioned. The team worked around the kitchen refit which was also being conducted and were brilliant at getting the heavy pump through the back door and across a builders trench into position. The team spent four days installing the HP, connecting in the cylinder, fitting radiators, wiring in electrics and commissioning. All in all I was very pleased with how things went and I am happy with the system. As there are building works in the kitchen one of the radiators could not be fitted. Also because the radiators are incomplete the programming of the heat pump will require some adjustment to use a weather compensation temperature curve once the heating system is complete later in the year. The electrical work was very tidy and the installers took notice of my request to keep the outside isolation switch out of sight. Plumbing work was very neat and again the installer took care to avoid plumbing pipes where a washing machine will eventually be positioned. After commissioning the team provided me with instructions and pointed out all of the parts of the system that could be adjusted. I have received documentation and certificates for the work promptly plus open invitation to chat via email if there are any things I need to know while getting used to the system. All in all the whole experience was painless. I would recommend EcoBubl wholeheartedly.

What an easy process! Have been pondering getting an air source heat pump for a while to replace our ageing electric boiler (no gas in our village in East Devon) as the running costs have gone through the roof. I had initially made enquiries with more local companies but there seemed to be a general state of apathy with all those contacted which did not fill me with confidence. I heard about Ecobubl through social media and their YouTube videos so decided to give them a call and was greeted with such enthusiasm that I knew I had made the right choice, even before they had quoted me. They gave me a very rough idea of the cost, made a site visit to do the heat loss and sizing calculations within a week of my very first call and had a detailed quotation put together by the end of that same week. The quote was about what I expected to pay so no unpleasant surprises. Had to wait a month for the install as they are good so busy which again filled me with confidence. Installation day came and despite having to work in the smallest space, had my old tank out and the new tank fitted and heating water by close that day. They kept me informed throughout the process and were more than happy to talk me through what they were doing and why. The work was tidy and efficient and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing The Daikin unit was fitted and commissioned over the following 3 days and has been perfect from the moment it was switched on. Although it has only been less than a week, I can already see the savings start to accrue and remember, I replaced an electric boiler so expect to see full payback before 3 years which is amazing. I would have been paying between 3 and 4 thousand pounds annually and reckon my annual bill will be under £1000 so saying that fitting a heat pump, for me is a game changer is no understatement. If you need solar, heat pump, car charger or any other renewables work, do not hesitate to call Ecobubl. You will not be disappointed.

From the first contact all the way through to the Tesla battery install being completed, Ecobubl were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent from the design team, the admin process to apply for DNO approval, being kept aware of progress etc. The engineers who visited site were on time, and completed a very tidy job of the installation. Everyone was so friendly. I would recommend Ecobubl and I would use them again.

I was pleased with the keen pricing of the solar and battery install, but much more than that the real care and efficiency that the Ecobubl team showed from first contact, to designing the solution, to project management and delivery. In parallel with getting this project delivered we asked them to do our ASHP as well. They immediately thought through to what the final state was going to be, and adapted the first install to make sure that the whole system will work coherently. Very impressed with the joined-up thinking.

Great service from start to finish. Knowledgeable and professional team dealt with all elements, including a less than helpful SSE who, unlike other UK regional national grid platform providers, would not allow our first choice of set-up. No problem, Ecobubl quickly came up with an equally suitable alternative option at no extra cost. The process once they arrived on site was seamless, and we now have the full set up in place and working - and the panels (on 3 rooves) are barely noticeable - time will tell on the power efficiency, but I am happy to recommend Ecobubl based on the quality of service and expertise.

Solar roof & Battery. Ecobubl have been great to deal with. Fitted in with our other building works and helped integrating a Mixergy installation by our main contractor. Their installation is very neat and seems to be working well. Brad, their contract manager, has been very helpful throughout.

Every person involved was really nice and helpful. I never had to chase anyone and they explained everything really clearly and were happy to answer my endless questions. I had an issue with our zappi charger which was no fault of theirs but they were more than happy to help us fix it. I highly recommend them. Everything was does quickly and seamlessly.

Yes, there were a few administrative hiccups during the quotation phase which saw some elements omitted from the quotes, but this did not detract from the overall experience with Ecobubl, which we rate as outstanding. Particularly pleasing for us was the level of after sales service which continued after installation when we had a raft of questions, all of which were answered promptly without leaving us feeling foolish including a follow up visit a week after installation to ensure we were happy. It’s this level of customer engagement which stands Ecobubl out from the crowd. Courteous, polite, efficient and very reasonable costs all combine to leave us super-satisfied with Ecobubl. I have to say from start to finish these guys were excellent. Brad and Sarah from the outset giving me advise and options for my house. The quote was competitive and emails and comms very good. The delivery dates were met, thank you to the driver who was brilliant at putting all the items into my garage. The scaffold guys, not ecobubl employees, but work with this team, were neat tidy and did a great job. The installation was completed over 3 days, split up a bit due to other commitments but all communicated well in advance. The electrician , Ben was a joy, great , tidy work and very helpful to me in my own set up. A small bit still to do re wifi but I am sure that will be sorted soon when they pop in my EV charger. Totally recommended, without hesitation.. Quick update - EV charger in , great thank you Brad , and even better wifi sorted , thank you Ben and Brad . Again I totally recommend these guys to anyone
