This was a bit of a step into the unknown. We spent quite a lot of money on a granite top for our kitchen over the Internet with a company we hadn't heard of before. But we're happy to say our worries were completely unfounded. The team at Stone Synergy were very polite and responsive, always answered the phone and email promptly, and answered all my questions and concerns. The templater was very professional, the fitting team turned up on time and were all very pleasant and did a fantastic job. Overall I couldn't be happier. The surface looks amazing, good job guys, from everyone to your customer service team (special mention for Sydney), the templater, to the fitters. Highly recommend this company.

Brilliant experience from sample selection to installation. it's always a bit scary taking a punt on an internet company but this time it really paid off. Nick Rodgers, our sales manager was attentive but not pushy, happy to discuss options and provide pros and cons to each type of worktop material. Once we had made our decision the templating service was prompt and pleasurable. Finally, the local installation guys were efficient and attentive, the worktops were millimetre perfect. Thanks to all, including the email support team who were quick to respond to any enquires.

1000% recommend Stone Synergy from start to finish. After ringing around several places I finally spoke to Nick at Stone Synergy. After giving them my measurements for my new worktop online he gave me a call and talked me through what I had sent in. He was very thorough and prompt in his responses. Of all the companies I had spoken to, it was only Nick that added value to my quote, I managed to get more for my money from the slab of quartz thank you to him. Danny and Andy were the guys that came to do my template and fitting. I can’t speak any more highly of these guys, they really are a credit to Stone Synergy. The precision and accuracy of their work is second to none and nothing was too much trouble. If I ever needed worktops fitting in the future, I would definitely want these guys to fit it. Overall the experience has been fantastic, I couldn’t have wished for better. The time it took from quote to fitting was just over two weeks which was also a huge bonus. Massive thanks to all involved, two very happy customers.

From start to finish a very smooth and communicative process. Very competitive prices meant they were over £1000 less than the next quote I received, and they managed to get so much out of a single slab. The finish quality is 10/10 and it was lovely having Danny in to template and return to fit 7 days later. Lovely chap to have working in the house, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Excellant service from Stone Synergy. We have an older house with no 90° angles in the room. The fitters came out twice to template and make sure it was going to work. Sydney in the office was very supportive in working out the best way to cut the slabs to maximise the yield from each slab. Fitting was quick and everywhere left clean. Thank you Stone Synergy.

From start to finish Stone Synergy have been amazing. I have had a kitchen nightmare the worst experience ever with bad fitters, however the possative at the end was the callcatta quartz. From ordering and then the the 4 month wait to get to the fitting due to the kitchen fitters was fitted by Andy who was amazing throughout. His level of knowledge and skill has resulted in my kitchen looking amazing. Such a great help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 5 stars is not enough! And not forgetting to mention one of the best priced Quartz suppliers in South Yorkshire! Great Job Stone Synergy.

Could not be happier with our amazing gold wave quartz worktop. From the sales team to templating and fitting, we cannot grumble. Jack and Matthew did a brilliant installation - very professional. Only slight hitch we had was a week's delay in fitting because the stone hadn't been delivered to the company as expected, but we were kept informed from start to finish. Overall, it took two weeks from start to finish though, so not too long. One area for improvement (but by no means a deal breaker) is the pricing. website suggests you pay per square metre, but actually you pay per slab - or at least we had to, but that may be because we didn't use a stone that was very popular and readily available. That said, the price was very competitive. We did a lot of research and this company seemed to have the fairest pricing.

Staff in the showroom were very helpful and friendly. Blokes who came to fit were the same, involved us in each step of the process and fitted the worktops quickly, on the day they said they would. Really happy with our worktops, and even better that you can pay monthly. Would recommend.
