Outstanding! Everything, from the first contact to the final fitting, was carried out professionally, and with a smile. Everything was done when they said it would be, and all my questions were answered promptly and in a friendly manner. Big shout to Jerome and Sam for the fitting, Jerome again for the measuring, and Sydney for the initial contact and quote. I found this company by chance, initially approached them because they were local, and am so glad I did! Highly recommended.

We ended up going with Stone Synergy instead of our builders much more expensive recommendation and we were pleasantly surprised with just how great Stone Syngery were. We found Stone Synergy online and the showroom at Tickhill was close to home, so called in with samples of our units. Great selection at very reasonable prices (much less than we had been quoted elsewhere). Sydney was very friendly and helpful, and the first one she showed us was perfect!! She gave us a sample to take home to make sure it was exactly right. We left measurements for her to quote and were advised of the waiting time for templating as they were very busy. The quote was very competitive so templating was booked and carried out by Danny and Andy. They were punctual, efficient, friendly with a great sense of humour, and did the fitting the following week. Again, they were polite, professional and their attention to detail was second to none. We couldn't be happier, the worktops look amazing. All in all, a very good experience and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quality product and excellent customer service at a very reasonable price.
