Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication from first quote to templating and fitting. Danny and Matt fitted the work tops. They were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Did a brilliant job, very neat and professional finish. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Stone Synergy. We ordered our worktop and splashback in Calcutta gold supreme and we are delighted with the quality and look of it. We had to rearrange our appointments a few times, however the staff were accommodating and understanding of our delayed house work and rearranged without hesitation. Danny and Callum who fitted our worktops were professional, experienced and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with our worktop and splashback and would highly recommend. Initially I gave this company a bad review as I didn't hit it off with the first representative and was concerned that the product might not be great mainly due to the price and the first point of contact. However, Sydney at Stone synergy contacted me and apologised and wanted to put things right. The service was brilliant, the price was massively competitive and the product and fitting was A1. I can totally recommend this company and their product and professionalism.. They were at least 30% cheaper than local companies and even though their nationwide provided excellent service and top quality product. Have no worries is highly recommended them!

Extremely happy with the worktop and the fitting process. It was booked in very efficiently. Our delay was no problem, and they were happy to reschedule the templating. After templating, the installation was promptly booked and installed exactly when they said it would be. Danny and Connor who templated and fitted it were both very nice, friendly, and experienced. They constantly checked we were happy at every stage, very helpful and gave advice on how to care for it. They both cared that they were doing a good job, which shows in the excellent work they did. We had a booked window, and they let us know when they were an hour away both times. I also liked that they did the template and the same men came back to fit it, so there were no surprises. Would happily recommend and would use them again. Thank you very much!

Danny and Connor make a great team, assisted with the tap and sink install , made it look easy but I suppose its about the preparation and template fits like a glove , we are well pleased

I totally recommend Stone Synergy. We have had worktops fitted in our kitchen and utility room. What professional friendly staff from start to finish. The admin staff were so helpful and proactive, moving things along quickly and smoothly. The fitters were excellent, they went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Their workmanship was done to such a high standard and the advice they gave was invaluable, so experienced. They were also approachable, friendly but professional. It didn’t feel like we had workmen in the house. We are super happy with the result.

Danny and Connor were really helpful throughout the templating and installation process. They did a great job with the quartz worktops. They were fast, clean and friendly, gave useful tips and advice and were a pleasure to have working in our home. Highly recommended. The support from the office was also really good, being consistently friendly, polite, responsive and helpful.
