The communication and help I'd received from this nursery couldn't have been better. Upon my making an order at an unsuitable time of the year (close to winter) for some tropical plants, they'd explained that my plants would suffer in transit, from the cold, and so offered to hold my plants in reserve for despatch in spring. When spring arrived, the nursery kept in touch with me, checking the weather conditions for my region. When I gave them the OK, the plants I'd ordered were carefully packed and promptly despatched; what I then received was a pleasantly nice surprise: all the plants received (seven of them) were excellent specimens in very good condition without any sign of stress from being kept aside for three long months! I'm so impressed with the trouble and care the nursery went to, to provide me with such healthy plants. I can only say that this is a nursery dedicated to caring for plants and looking after the interests of the people who seek them. Highly recommended.
